A few months ago I requested that all mail be sent to the address in David, as the San Felix (town) post office seemed to be unreliable. I still stop through the San Felix post office now and then to mail letters. Last time I was in San Felix, I walked past the post office en route to the internet café, and waved at the worker man who likes to chill outside on the porch since he never is busy. He shouted out, Carolina, you have some mail! Now, who can resist this kind of small town charm?
Thus, I am changing my allegiance back to the small town post office. However I still can only receive packages at the David address.

Speaking of letters, the English class penpal program is going quite well. Thanks to everyone who sent me a letter! The students enjoyed reading the letters and are writing their responses quite slowly. So far I have mailed two completed responses. I am finishing up English Course #2 in two weeks so we are going to have a class party with rice and beans, chicken, and some TBD North American dish. I was going to make tacos but the class told me that was not North American enough.
