I finally buckled down and submitted something about my Peace Corps experience to the Camp Reach newsletter. For those of you who don´t know (it even leaked out among my Peace Corps friends), I attended a 2 week girls-science-engineering-technology sleepaway camp at WPI when I was 12. It was a great experience and thus I continued to keep involved as a counselor for the camp through high school. Statistics show that girls who attended Camp Reach have a higher chance of completing a college degree in math, science, engineering, and technology.
